After analyzing the document you have provided us, we will email you a proposal as soon as possible. This proposal will specify price, turnaround time, identification number and general conditions of the job.
Should you agree with the terms and conditions of our proposal, you have to confirm it by realizing the payment. When this payment is made you must reference the identification number we have provided you with in the proposal.
Once we've received confirmation of the payment we will email you notifying of this fact and we will start managing your job in order to comply with the turnaround times committed.
Before meeting the deadline we have compromised we will deliver the result of your translation. Along with it we will ask to complete a feedback form (optional) that we will use to make our services better for you.
