How does it work?

We set up a form according to your necessities and we provide you either with a link to it on our website or let you embbed it in your own website with the appropriate look&feel.

Is it reliable?

Yes, it is very close to being 100% reliable. To avoid the same person to vote many times on one option we record the IP number of his/her computer in order to have control of the people voting. Roughly speaking this means one computer, one vote.

What additional information can I get about my users?

Due to the fact that we record the user's IP number we are able to locate geographically the city from which he/she is accesing the network (most of the times this means his/her home). Thus you are able to analyze the data received and filter it per city/state/region/country. We can also detect the browser type and version in use (for example Chrome, Firefox 3.0, Internet Explorer versions 5, 6 or 7, lynx, Konqueror,etc) as well as the language spoken.

What kind of survey is more effective in your opinion?

Based on our previous experiences we can only recommend you not to make too many questions. Unless there is a formal commitment of your users to fill out the survey
